I have worked over 10 years in the Mental Health and Substance Use field as a social worker. I’ve learned over the years that there is a deep yearning to find meaning and purpose in the lives that have openly allowed me to work with them. As I begin this journey with you, it is important that you feel safe, understood, treated with compassion and most importantly given the space to speak your truth. I understand that sometimes it may be difficult to find hope, to feel hopeful, but I want to help ignite that fire of hope in you again. I come in to our sessions with trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, person-centered and strength-based approaches. It is also important for me to promote creativity and collaboration as we work together to explore what will be effective for your healing and self discovery journey.
