It often feels difficult to take the first step and start therapy. Some may find it scary or believe there is not enough time; but the truth is, when we need to focus on ourselves the most, we often find ourselves prioritizing others- our children, friends, family members or loved ones. We tend to pour ourselves into others and get lost in them, but please know that you also need care. Your own needs are also important. 

In order to take the first step towards living a more authentic life, you must first be willing to look at yourself and where you are feeling stuck. I want to help you prioritize yourself and work alongside you to reach your goals. I will provide a safe and nonjudgmental space. As your therapist, I will use mindful techniques with a psychology-based approach so you can talk through your emotions and behaviors to have a better understanding of yourself. I am excited to connect with you so I can get to hear your story and be a part of your journey. 

Xee is currently accepting new clients with Medicaid or Medicaid HMOs. She takes most major HMOs.
