So many of us feel like we are stuck in certain ways- whether it be stuck in our patterns of behaviors, our overwhelming emotions, our reactions, our interpersonal relationships, or any other way we may be feeling stuck. I want to work with people who feel like they are stuck and aren’t sure where to go next. My goal is to work with those that want to get un-stuck by engaging with their unconscious and connecting to their subjective experience.  

I am an integrative, individualist therapist who chooses to see therapy as a process of connecting and moving towards living a more authentic life. With a focus on trauma-informed care, I meet the client where they are for our journey through healing from trauma. 

In therapy, I pull from a mixture of different therapy modalities- with a focus on Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory and Mindfulness. I take a holistic approach (mind, body and spirit) in empowering the client to strive towards self-evolution and change. One of my main goals as a therapist is to help guide the client to be more present and show up more authentically in their everyday lives. 

Bottom Line: I know that if I am not real in my sessions that I can’t expect you to be either. I aim to show up authentically for all of my clients so that they can feel comfortable showing up authentically themselves. Therapy is a collaboration and I hope to create an open yet challenging environment that best fosters growth and self-evolution.
