Psychotherapy offered through the convenience of a telehealth platform.
Telehealth provides safe and secure therapy sessions with the convenience of your own phone. A HIPAA-compliant platform is used and no new apps need to be downloaded.
What will therapy look like?
First, you will contact us to schedule an intake session. We will confirm if your insurance is taken and that make you aware of fees associated with your service. We will send you a link to create your client portal via theranest (our EMR system). Through this client portal, we will send you paperwork to complete prior to your first appointment.
During your first session, you and your therapist will get more acquainted with each other. Your therapist will gather information on what brings you in to therapy and more about your psychosocial history.
During the second visit, you and your therapist will work together to complete a treatment plan, creating goals for therapy. This treatment plan will be revisited and updated every 3 months.
From there, you will come to therapy as often as you see fit. Your therapist will typically recommend starting by coming weekly so that rapport can be built and momentum can begin.
Your therapist will utilize an integrative, individualized approach to helping you to achieve your goals and connect with your subconscious. In doing this, the hope is that the gates to a more authentic self will open.
