Many of us feel disconnected–whether it be from ourselves, our values, or any other part of a fulfilling life. I believe each client deserves to discover, or realign with their authentic selves.

I believe in an integrative, strengths-based, compassion focused approach. I work to create an empathetic, understanding, and non judgmental environment for you to explore your concerns. I also believe that humor is important and that if we take ourselves too seriously, we miss out on the opportunity to celebrate our successes and acknowledge the absurdity life brings us at times. I deeply value each client’s journey and work diligently to create a relationship based on trust and connection. My goal as a therapist is to help clients increase their resilience, self-compassion, and self-understanding.

I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, low-self esteem, and mood disorders. Anti-oppression and feminism inform my approach along with holistic and wellness based interventions. I work with clients ages 15 and up with a variety of concerns. I find myself especially drawn to working with women’s wellness issues, especially women uncovering their sense of identity.

I believe that every client is courageous and I am continually humbled by the privilege to walk alongside clients on their healing journey.
