Navigating transitions, experiences, and wounds life offers us can feel overwhelming and sometimes insurmountable. I want to work with you to help life feel less overwhelming and more fulfilling. 

I believe in an integrative approach to therapy that utilizes a strengths-based, trauma-informed lens. I work to create an empathetic, understanding, and non-judgmental environment for clients to explore their concerns. I deeply value each client’s journey and work diligently to create a relationship based on trust and connection. My goal as a counselor is to help clients increase their resilience, self-compassion, and self-understanding.

I have experience treating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and mood disorders. I utilize a trauma-informed approach and value holistic and wellness based interventions. I work with clients ages 15 and up. I find myself especially drawn to working with women’s issues, especially women in their early adulthood coming into their own sense of identity.

I believe individuals are more than the difficulties they are currently experiencing and seek to support clients in their healing process in whatever way best fits.
