Personal Experience & Biography
Wisconsin-Based Psychotherapist
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe, understood, and respected. As a bilingual therapist and daughter of immigrants, I value creating a space where your identity, culture, and experiences are honored. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs and goals.
With 10+ years of experience in advocacy, I have supported individuals navigating domestic violence, victimization, trauma, and other challenging life experiences. These experiences have shaped my understanding of resilience, relationships, and the importance of feeling heard and empowered.
Together, we will:
Create a space where you feel heard and understood.
Navigate challenges with compassion and support.
Explore patterns, relationships, and life experiences.
Build self-awareness, confidence, and meaningful change.
My clients describe me as:
Warm, compassionate, culturally responsive, and easy to talk to. I strive to create a genuine, judgment-free space where you can be yourself, gain new perspective, and feel supported throughout your journey.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. Let’s connect and see how I can support you.
